Kundalini Yoga is called the yoga of awareness and contains many facets of yoga.
Kundalini Yoga focuses on breath, mantra, eye-focus, mudra (hand positioning) and bandhas (body locks). These different aspects are combined into a Kriya a set of asanas (exercises) that works towards a specific goal or outcome. Experience śavāsana with the sacred gong,
a beautiful reinforced vibration that impacts the body and its meridians.
